Larisa Filatova

Senior Partner & General Manager

Larisa founded LFR drawing on a career spanning international law firms, tax advisory, and independent client management across multiple jurisdictions.

Before establishing LFR, Larisa held senior administrative and operational roles at international law firms with offices across London, New York and Dubai. In that capacity she oversaw operations across jurisdictions, supported senior partners in strategic planning and business development, managed corporate governance and compliance procedures, and maintained direct relationships with international clients. She coordinated cross-border corporate activities and ensured consistently high standards of confidentiality across practice areas including dispute resolution and corporate law. That experience gave her an unusually complete view of how international legal practices function – and where clients are underserved.

Larisa is a qualified tax consultant with hands-on experience advising corporate and private clients on tax structuring, compliance, and cross-border reporting matters. Her advisory work has spanned a range of client profiles – from privately held businesses and family offices to high-net-worth individuals navigating complex personal and corporate tax positions.

As General Manager, she oversees LFR's operations and client portfolio and leads its business development. She has built an extensive network of professional relationships across law firms, financial institutions, and advisory practices – which underpins LFR's ability to assemble the right teams for the right matters, wherever those matters arise.

Kseniia Sosnina

Head of Corporate Structuring Team

Kseniia leads LFR's corporate structuring practice, bringing extensive experience in building and maintaining complex international structures for corporate groups and private clients.

Kseniia built her career within a transnational holding group with a diversified portfolio of production, trading and service companies operating across multiple jurisdictions, rising to a senior management position within the group. In that environment she gained first-hand experience of what it takes to design and maintain a structure that actually works in practice: not only the tax and legal architecture, but the full set of practical realities that determine whether a jurisdiction is fit for purpose – regulatory stability, banking access, and the operational and security environment on the ground, among many other factors.

That holistic approach defines how Kseniia works today. Corporate structuring, in her view, is not a template exercise. Every jurisdiction carries its own combination of advantages and constraints, and the right structure is the one that holds up against the client's actual objectives – commercial, tax-related, and practical – rather than the one that looks cleanest on paper.

At LFR, Kseniia oversees entity establishment, group restructuring, and ongoing corporate administration for clients across the UAE and internationally. She does not provide legal advice; instead, she draws on an extensive network of corporate lawyers, tax advisers, and licensed service providers built over years of work across jurisdictions, engaging the right specialists for each element of a structure and coordinating their work into a single, coherent outcome for the client.
